COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION:

This React Developer position is in the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) who will develop a new

application for the agency. CFSA is looking for a subject matter expert in React.

The SME will be member of the DevOps team that will be implementing a new comprehensive child welfare

information system (CCWIS).

As a React Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions using React.

This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting.

The candidate will need to be able to participate in meetings from 8:30am-5:30pm eastern time zone.

Must have a deep knowledge (4 years) of React is required with at least two years working with Next.js and

Node.js.

The candidate may occasionally be asked to attend in-person meetings.

Other desired skills are knowledge of Typescript and cloud hosting such as Azure or AWS.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team of consultants to provide

these services and will have the following skills/capabilities:

• Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements

• Create functional requirement and design for customizations

• Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks

• Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs

• Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet

the needs of the Agency, including verifying that the policies/restrictions in place.

• Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to perform code reviews

• Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.
