Develop an automated Qlik Sense based Sizing tool focused on Customer Success. Designed for strategic insights & also providing a high-level snapshot of our base in relation to CS, this tool will help both analysts and stakeholders identify and quantify opportunities to optimize support services.

Flexibility & Scope Considerations

                       To support the project’s evolving needs and minimize potential scope limitations, contractors should:

Design the dashboards with a modular data integration structure to allow for future data source additions, ensuring that any new data integrations or updates align with goals without being constrained by initial scope.

Understand that metrics, visualizations, and insights may evolve based on emerging insights or new data requirements, allowing Intuit the flexibility to refine dashboards components as the customer journey understanding deepens.

Adopt a phased approach to data integration and dashboard enhancement, recognizing that continuous updates and adjustments may be required.

Quality Standards

Data Accuracy: Maintain >95% data accuracy to ensure reliable insights.

Usability: Receive >80% positive feedback on functionality and ease of use.

Performance: Ensure real-time data updates and responsive design for smooth interaction
