- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven 9+ Years of experience as a Pega Developer with a solid understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and BPM concepts.
- Experience with Pega 7.x or higher, including the development of Pega applications using rules, activities, flows, and data pages.
- Strong knowledge of Pega BPM framework, integration methods, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Pega's UI components, including sections, harnesses, and controls.
- Proficient in Java, SQL, and HTML/CSS for Pega development.
- Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), API integrations, and working with Pega’s Integration Designer.
- Familiarity with Pega's Decisioning capabilities, including Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Predictive Models.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
