JOB DETAIL

Requirement Gathering:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and objectives.

Process Analysis:

  • Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future states.

 

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards.

 

Solution Development:

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement solutions that address business needs.
  • Create detailed specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide development efforts.

 

Project Management:

  • Assist Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Stakeholder

 

Communication:

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.

 

Testing and Validation:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

 

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Address any issues or concerns and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
