Collaborate with Business Users:

• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and safety teams to gather and analyze user requirements.

• Provide expert guidance on system capabilities and how they can meet operational needs.

• Follow up with users to track task progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates.

• Foster positive and respectful interactions to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Documentation and Guidelines:

• Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation for IT platforms supporting manufacturing, quality, and safety operations.

• Create detailed guidelines for system workflows, data management, and operational best practices.

• Regularly review and update documentation to reflect system upgrades and evolving business standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct assessments of quality and safety processes to identify improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and implement enhancements.

• Benchmark against industry standards to keep practices aligned with best-in-class methodologies.

Compliance and Governance with IT and Corporate guidelines:

• Ensure all deliverables adhere to governance policies and regulatory requirements applicable

• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement cybersecurity guidelines when applicable

• Adhere to methodologies defined by Company and its partners when applicable

Training and System Implementation:

• Design and deliver training programs for end users on new systems, applications, and features.

• Conduct hands-on workshops to demonstrate system functionalities and workflows.

• Facilitate onboarding sessions for new users and provide refresher courses for existing teams.

• Support deployment efforts by testing systems, addressing configuration issues, and ensuring readiness for go-live.

Project Management:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.

• Coordinate testing phases to validate system performance, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Monitor project progress, regularly update stakeholders, and promptly address roadblocks.

• Oversee post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure sustained system performance.

General:

• Flexibility to travel as needed to support on-site activities, including user training, system implementations, and operational support. Most travels take place within Texas and Oklahoma.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Senior Consultant

• 5 years of hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP-PE modules. SAP S4 HANA experience is highly desired

• More than 5 years as a functional consultant

• CONA experience desired

• Beverage industry experience
