Agile Facilitation:
- Serve as a servant-leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Promote team self-organization, accountability, and ownership.
Transformation Support:
- Act as a change agent to foster Agile adoption across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to align team activities with organizational transformation goals.
- Identify and address challenges to Agile adoption, including resistance to change.
Continuous Improvement:
- Facilitate the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Monitor team performance using metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) to drive insights and optimization.
Impediment Removal:
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles to team progress.
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the team level.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Provide transparent updates on team progress, risks, and achievements.
