 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
 Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on data migration or data management 

projects.
 Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
 Experience in working with data migration tools (e.g., Informatica) is a plus.
 Proficient in SQL for data validation and querying.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
