Under the direction of the Director of Application Development & Management, performs a full range of application management and support activities independently or as a member of a team.
Provides hands-on Tier II or Level 2 application user support for enterprise software systems.
Uses Structured Query Language (SQL) to write queries.
Works with cross-functional teams to test and implement software application fixes, upgrades and patches in the proper technology environments.
Employs industry-standard processes in the administration of enterprise applications which includes the configuration, testing and implementation of software applications to meet business requirements.
Effectively communicates with management, technical leads, end users, business analysts and project managers as it relates to the area of assignment. Performs other duties as assigned.
