JOB DETAIL

  • Under the direction of the Director of Application Development & Management, performs a full range of application management and support activities independently or as a member of a team.
  • Provides hands-on Tier II or Level 2 application user support for enterprise software systems. 
  • Uses Structured Query Language (SQL) to write queries. 
  • Works with cross-functional teams to test and implement software application fixes, upgrades and patches in the proper technology environments. 
  • Employs industry-standard processes in the administration of enterprise applications which includes the configuration, testing and implementation of software applications to meet business requirements. 
  • Effectively communicates with management, technical leads, end users, business analysts and project managers as it relates to the area of assignment. Performs other duties as assigned.
