At least 5 years of experience at the Architect level leading client-facing discussions and reviews of ServiceNow in the areas of ITxM (ITSM, ITAM), CMDB, Procurement, Request Management

Workflows/flows with ServiceNow applications

Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow

Must have experience in integrating ServiceNow with other 3rd party systems

Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements

Facilitate requirements review and validation workshops and provide technical information required for successful delivery

Lead the offshore development team

Should be able to decide what is the right level of detail in low level design

Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows/flows, and integrations
