- 2+ years recent/current as Lead
- 5+ years of AWS cloud computing
- 2+ years SaaS application development
- 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Must have experience working in AWS computing, must have Engineering background, dont care if coding w/Python or Java
- Must have history of Engineering, open to Senior Engineers
- This Person will take over Software Development Team
- Open to different backgrounds
- Looking for leadership that also likes coding, but more of a leader
- Day-to-day managing only, but need to be a hands-on coder, if need to jump in
- Understand whats being produced
- Having SaaS experience,
- having CERTS and/or DEGREE, DO NOT need Certs, just nice to have
