•             Minimum 5+ years of relevant production support experience in PHP, Python and MySQL

•             Expert of PHP, Python & MySQL with capability to debug and find the root cause

•             Must have very good analytical skill to identify root cause

•             Must have problem solving ability to unblock the users ASAP

•             Mindset to automate the processes to reduce effort in production monitoring or issue resolving

Role & responsibilities; -

•             Support different NPI applications running in Production

•             Collaborate with different business users and support/ unblock then to run the continuous business flow

•             Identify the root cause of different bottlenecks and issues happening in Live environments

•             Proactive monitoring and ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

•             Able to do small fixes/ hot fixes to deploy that maintain business continuity

•             Able to write utilities to upload data or to automate different support processes
