JOB DETAIL

- Implement and manage Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business needs.

- Provide technical expertise in the configuration, customization, and integration of Sailpoint IdentityIQ.

- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management systems. - Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.

- Train and mentor junior team members on IAM best practices and Sailpoint IdentityIQ functionalities.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management technologies.

- Participate in the development and implementation of IAM policies and procedures.

- Ensure the scalability and performance of IAM solutions to support business growth.

- Provide support during IAM system upgrades and migrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks related to identity and access management.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and practices.

 

Qualifications

- Possess extensive experience in implementing and managing Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions.

- Demonstrate strong technical skills in configuring and customizing Sailpoint IdentityIQ.

- Have a solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.

- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Show proficiency in conducting system audits and generating compliance reports.

- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Possess the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.

- Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and trends.

- Have experience in developing and implementing IAM policies and procedures.

- Demonstrate the ability to ensure the scalability and performance of IAM solutions.
