Provide technical expertise in the configuration, customization, and integration of Sailpoint IdentityIQ.
Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and configurations.
Train and mentor junior team members on IAM best practices and Sailpoint IdentityIQ functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management technologies.
Participate in the development and implementation of IAM policies and procedures.
Ensure the scalability and performance of IAM solutions to support business growth.
Provide support during IAM system upgrades and migrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks related to identity and access management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and practices.
