?As a ServiceNow Principal Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for the customer. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping large-scale enterprise applications using best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and other architects to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions. As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, your expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, IRM Std, SAM Pro, ITBM, and ITOM will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions. The individual must be able to understand and navigate entire platform.

Solution Design:
- Architect and develop technical roadmaps to foster growth and innovation in line with strategic business objectives. This includes your 8-10 years expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, IRM Std, SAM Pro, ITBM, Employee Experience Center, Now Mobile, App Engine Studio, ITOM, and LLMs within ServiceNow.
- Lead and engage in critical engineering processes, including solution design and code reviews, to ensure excellence in technical delivery.
Technical Leadership:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow code standards, and sustainability practices
- Help direct and oversee the development engineering functions within the team, providing a clear technical vision and guidance.
- Contribute code as an active member of the team and establish oneself as the authoritative expert for the entire code lifecycle.
- Proactively anticipate technical and data issues, ensuring technical debt is managed and reduced effectively.
