JOB DETAIL

  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
  • Technical knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM) and their integration with ERP/TMS systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in technical contexts.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical details for business stakeholders.

Certifications:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or equivalent.
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.
  • Technical certifications in WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan Certified Professional) are a plus.
