•             BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

•             Minimum five (5) years of development experience in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

•             Strong familiarity and experience with Salesforce.com design patterns and development practices

•             Experience with Apex coding best practices, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework

•             Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications required.

•             Experience with APIs and Integrations

•             Experience working on an Agile development team.

•             Experience with Salesforce deployment best practices

•             Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including Flow, fields, page layouts, automations, triggers, record types, dashboards and reports.

•             Experience with JIRA or other product development tools

•             Experience with CPQ a plus

•             Experience with Marketo and KORE Software preferred.

•             Experience working with ticketing databases (Ticketmaster Archtics) preferred.
