Lead and execute end-to-end data migration projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.
Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using industry-standard tools and technologies (e.g., SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Informatica PowerCenter, Talend).
Perform data profiling, data cleansing, data transformation, and data quality assessments.
Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness during and after data migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues and data migration challenges.
Monitor and optimize ETL job performance and data migration processes
