Experience & knowledge in Asset Management (ITAM), Order Mgmt (part of CSM module), Service portal framework, Knowledge mgmt, Domain Separation.
There will be a need for some customization, so solution design is required skill.
Experience in leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions.
Good to have experience in Scripting in ServiceNow, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML and Agent Workspaces implementation
Experience with SNOW enterprise Portal .
Experience in designing integration architecture with ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Relevant Certification will help to finalize the candidates.
