JOB DETAIL

 

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support our client’s digital transformation initiatives. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a critical role in optimizing the customer experience and enhancing the efficiency of the firm’s services through Salesforce solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team, focusing on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions tailored to the credit union’s unique needs.
Lead discovery workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions that align with financial services regulations and member-centric processes.
Manage the full Salesforce project lifecycle, including configuration, customization, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—operations, compliance, IT, and product development—ensuring a seamless integration of FSC with other platforms, including core banking systems and third-party applications.
Technical requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Proven track record of leading multiple FSC implementations within the financial services industry, preferably credit unions or community banks.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, workflows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards.
Experience integrating FSC with external systems, APIs, and third-party financial services applications.
Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and data migration techniques.
Expectation to carry out project management tasks to keep projects on target
Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification is nice to have
Must be Salesforce Admin certified
Functional Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of financial products, such as loans, mortgages, savings, and insurance, within the context of a credit union.
Ability to create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, data models, and solution designs.
Soft Skills:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Emotional intelligence to understand diverse perspectives, manage conflicts, and build consensus among cross-functional teams.
Adept at problem-solving, critical thinking, and handling complex business challenges in a fast-paced environment.
