10-12 years of managing teams of size 15-20 members across geographies.

Must be a task master and proactive in managing tasks.

Must have experience working with business stakeholders, developers ,tech leads and leadership

Gathering and documenting requirements in JIRA/other online tools for agile

Experience in a scrum master role in software development

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Scrum master certification is a plus

Must have basic understanding with respect to SQL, AWS Cloud, Databases etc.
