Overall experience of 12 to 15 years
Experience of Regulatory Operation within Equity Derivatives  including  processing, reconciliations and sign offs
Good at process mapping and defining target operating model for business operations outputs e.g. reports
Good product knowledge and familiarity with Regulatory remediation reporting
Work with Technology squads to translate business requirements into functional specs for squad and into IT implementation of requirements 
Familiar with Dot net, C++ technologies, web based technologies
Familiar with workflow tools and able to design new workflows
Good at documenting business requirements, internal controls and regulatory gap analysis
Experience of pricing schedules, spread changes, exceptions, errors, cancel and corrections
Able to design new reports
Testing experience (SITS) and working with End Users and UAT
