5+ years in ServiceNow configuration and development experience with ITSM, ITAM and/or equivalent
Basic understanding of developing customized application using the ServiceNow App Engine module including implementation of the data model, user experience components, logic and automation, and security
Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow configuration and implementation
Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Asset Management (ITAM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients
Expert knowledge of ServiceNow performance, availability monitoring, and analysis as well as configuration management
Ten (10) years of professional experience working in information technology operations, support, or a related field.
Four (4) or more years of professional experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
