JOB DETAIL

  1. 1+ year of experience in Identity and Access Management
  2. Responsible for execution of large or multiple mid-size projects
  3. Lead and Coordinate with multi-functional team to meet success criteria
  4. Actively manage and complete overall project delivery plans including schedule, milestones, and delivery expectations
  5. Coordinate team meetings, standup and other governance related to projects/team
  6. Identity, document and manage project issues and risks
  7. Experience as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master

 

  • Working directly for his team-- dedicated here 80% but will pitch in on other areas if needed.
  • Looking at the SSO-- Under Mike - all peers-- sometimes they also share resources

Responsibilities:

  • Will be running the Jira calls-- help the team stay on track
  • Go through the timelines and will hold people accountable to the timelines
  • Estimation activities
  • 30% of time on major projects
  • 50% of time on medium/minor projects
  • Junior level role
    • Who can effectively learn from team and manage it

Skills:

       IAM-

  • Domain knowledge here but not hands on experience
  • Need to be able to effectively manage the tasks, update properly
  • Access Management Technology
  • Customer IAM/CIAM Modernization
  • Will be creating project plans from the scratch
  • Not a lot of financials management in this role-- Mohan does the majority of that
  • Will be dealing with licensing
  • Jira is their tool of choice
  • Not fully Agile/Scrum-- this is shared services
    • Need to at least be familiar with Scrum
  • PowerBI or an eagerness to learn power BI
    • This would be beneficial as well
    • DTCC is using this a lot for tracking program status-- would be beneficial here
    • Just from a status standpoint.

Soft skills:

  • Eager, go-getter, open to learning and taking on more.
  • Need to want to work independently

Team:

  • Will be working with the engineering team most of the time
  • Might work with the operations team
    • Track goals on a quarterly basis
    • Helping the leads to set some meetings
