Skills:
IAM-
- Domain knowledge here but not hands on experience
- Need to be able to effectively manage the tasks, update properly
- Access Management Technology
- Customer IAM/CIAM Modernization
- Will be creating project plans from the scratch
- Not a lot of financials management in this role-- Mohan does the majority of that
- Will be dealing with licensing
- Jira is their tool of choice
- Not fully Agile/Scrum-- this is shared services
- Need to at least be familiar with Scrum
- PowerBI or an eagerness to learn power BI
- This would be beneficial as well
- DTCC is using this a lot for tracking program status-- would be beneficial here
- Just from a status standpoint.
Soft skills:

Team:
- Will be working with the engineering team most of the time
- Might work with the operations team
- Track goals on a quarterly basis
- Helping the leads to set some meetings
