Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and enhancements to support program growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Document processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
Lead and participate in unit testing to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist in the development of upgrade plans and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues as needed.
Define and manage user roles and access privileges to prevent unauthorized access.
Contribute to the development of ServiceNow best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
