- Experience & knowledge in Asset Management (ITAM), Order Mgmt (part of CSM module), Service portal framework, Knowledge mgmt, Domain Separation.
- There will be a need for some customization, so solution design is required skill.
- Experience in leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions.
- Good to have experience in Scripting in ServiceNow, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML and Agent Workspaces implementation
- Experience with SNOW enterprise Portal .
- Experience in designing integration architecture with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Relevant Certification will help to finalize the candidates.
