- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects using the SAP Activate methodology.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Facilitate all phases of the SAP Activate methodology, including Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- Oversee the adoption of SAP Best Practices during the implementation process.
- Collaborate with business leaders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and define project deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Conduct regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and risk management discussions.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including functional and technical consultants, developers, and testers.
- Plan and allocate resources to ensure optimal utilization across project phases.
- Support the training and upskilling of team members on SAP Activate principles.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively resolve issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Enforce project governance standards and ensure adherence to SAP Activate deliverables.
- Conduct milestone reviews to ensure project quality and compliance with client and SAP standards.
- Ensure documentation of all deliverables, including project charters, blueprints, and test plans.
