JOB DETAIL
Hands-on experience with IBM Watson Assistant, conversational AI platform.
Configure and customize Watson Assistant chatbots, including intents, entities, and dialog flows.
Integrate Watson Assistant APIs with web and mobile applications.
Develop interactive and responsive user interfaces for chatbot solutions. Ensure chatbot UI aligns with UX/UI design principles for seamless user experiences
Work closely with backend developers to ensure efficient data handling and service integration.
Partner with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional chatbot interfaces.
Perform rigorous testing of chatbot functionality, interface responsiveness, and performance.
Optimize chatbot interfaces for speed and scalability across devices.
Continuously improve chatbot capabilities by leveraging Watson Assistant's latest features.
Monitor user feedback and analytics to enhance the conversational experience.
Proficiency in frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
Working in a SAFe agile model with global delivery teams.
