- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to timekeeping, payroll, and HCM processes.
- Analyze current systems and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules, including time and attendance systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for payroll and HCM processes, staying updated on compliance regulations and industry best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and third-party vendors.
- Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying new features or updates within time, payroll, and HCM systems.
- Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system functionality descriptions.
- Support the resolution of system issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to timekeeping, payroll, and HCM metrics.
