Salesforce Certification: Platform Developer II (PD2) is mandatory. Additional certifications like Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.

Database Skills: Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, and relational database concepts.
Deployment Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Copado, Salesforce DX, or Git for version control and deployment pipelines.
