It is SFI – Industries Cloud for the Financial Services Cloud  FSC.  But with Transaction Dispute Management .
This is a person with STRONG Functional FSC skills but has also worked with Salesforce Industries Cloud… not just in the Fin Serv area….  Need to have used the SFI tool.  

Primary Skills/Qualifications: Resource will lead the solution and implementation of FSC Transaction Dispute Management utilizing Omnistudio, Business Rules Engine, Service Process Studio, Case Management and integrations with external APIs.
