Must Have: BPM, Business Analyst, Process Mining, Re Engineering, Re Designing, Workflow knowledge, Financial Domain, and previous exposure with clients like JPMC / CITI / Any Banking client. 
Notes for candidates:  
1.    Not only talk about process capture and modelling but deep analysis.
2.    Proven Business process Re-engineering, Process Mining, Re-designing of existing workflow and improvement elements.
3.    Extensive use of BPM tools and suggesting/implementing BPM tools based on the process workflow. Signavio is preferred not mandated.
