•    Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience with telecommunication systems, video conferencing, mobile device management, and networking.
•    Technical Skills:
o    Working knowledge of VoIP technologies such as SIP, H323, and other telecommunication protocols.
o    Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructure.
o    Familiarity with unified communications systems (Webex, PBX, ACD).
o    Experience with mobile device management and support (Airwatch, Apple Business Management).
o    Understanding of networking concepts, including CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, and VoIP technologies.
•    Preferred Vendor Experience: Cisco, Mitel, Zoom, AirWatch, Apple Business Management, Microsoft.
