Define technical architecture for Microsoft Fabric data implementations and migrations
Be the subject matter expert for migration from Azure and other coouds to Microsft Fabric
Help design, develop, and solve issues with data pipelines that power the business applications with Microsoft Fabric technologies (OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, etc.)
Establish and champion engineering best practices: code evolution, metadata management, cloud DevOps, etc.
Become the mentor leader for data engineers in the team, lead the technical aspects of building and maintaining a scalable reliable & secure data platform
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the data engineering technology advancements and best practices for new technology offerings
Work with the practice CoE to define new offerings and services using Fabric

Qualifications:

At least 8+ years of experience in Azure data engineering project implementations
At least one project implementation experience using Microsoft Fabric
Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Fabric technologies; OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, SQL.
Conceptual understanding of data warehousing and data modeling processes.
