JOB DETAIL

We are seeking a Senior Workday HCM/Recruiting Consultant to lead, support and provide guidance to our clients around the Core HCM, Onboarding and Recruiting modules. They are expected to have a strong background in Workday Recruiting with a good understanding of other ATS/CRM platforms, including related integrations/APIs, data, and process flows.

The Opportunity and Responsibilities:
• Support new and ongoing optimization or enhancements of Workday HCM-Recruiting functionality for medium to large global clients.
• Will need to be able to provide assessments/feasibility around dependencies and gaps of legacy Applicant tracking systems (ATS) versus Workday. This includes functional and technical (API) considerations.
• Define, guide, and build HR/recruiting processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs.
• Work directly with clients for requirements gathering and clarification. You will then be able to take a direct hands-on approach to configure and support testing of the Workday recruitment module.

What you need:
• At least 7 years of Workday experience with 3+ years of recent experience around Workday Recruiting and Onboarding
• Workday HCM And Recruiting Certification are required (pro-certification is fine), and as a partner company we can maintain your certification.
• The ideal applicant for this role will have demonstrated extensive hands-on configuration experience of Workday recruiting and related functionality. This should include global recruiting configuration experience.
• Sound understanding of leading HR and ATS/recruiting systems, processes, and operational frameworks. This includes, but is not limited to, candidate relationship management, job requisitions and job application dynamic process configuration
• Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
• Experience working with global teams and managing offshore configuration teams.
