• Experience working with AWS tools and services, DevOps environments
• Experience with agile practices
• 4+ Years of site reliability experiences
• 2+ years of experience improving observability, performance efficiency and resilience of applications
• Experience/awareness about architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, scaling)
• Experience working with SQL and open source RDBMS and NO SQL DBs, container orchestration services including docker, Kubernetes etc
Good written, verbal communication and documentation skills. 
• Familiar with Agile delivery process 
• Must be analytical and self-motivated. 
• Work Effectively within a global team environment.
