Understanding of Peoplesoft architecture, modules, and components.

Proficiency in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, etc.).

Experience with Peoplesoft Fluid User Interface development is a plus.

Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex problems and deliver creative solutions.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Familiarity with JavaScript scripting

Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Effective communication and collaborative skills

Working knowledge of PeopleSoft or other ERP/HRIS systems

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on solving complex problems.

Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to identify potential issues and propose innovative solutions.

Required/Desired Skills and Experience:

2 years of Hands-on PeopleSoft experience Required

2 years of Experience with other ERP systems or enterprise-level application development. Required

2 years of Experience with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, etc.) Required

2 years of Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts Required

Certification in Peoplesoft application development or related technologies Required

ITIL certification Required.
