- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in healthcare working in a large-scale Agile program environment – Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Minimum of seven (7) years of Program Delivery on enterprise level programs and projects
- Agile Certification (Ideally SAFe, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe POPM ) with proficiency in Agile mgmt. tools (Jira, Pathfinder, Confluence, Microsoft suite)
- IT Project Management, Risk Management, Problem resolution.
