E-commerce Jira and confluence Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Order flow

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, traceability matrix, testing documentation, and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
Understand the fundamentals of e-commerce business and Functional aspects to focus QA
Ability to multi-task; working on multiple project teams and wearing multiple hats
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Work with Support/Dev/Customer Service Teams in a highly collaborative environment
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
Work closely with Operations/Features Development and product team
Take initiative and actively prioritize by managing multiple detailed tasks on a day-to-day basis
Capable of analyzing and calculating the fundamental scope of testing
Will implement the logical and strategical testing approach
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Flexible and open to feedback
Follow through with assignments, tasks, and commitments
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
