Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement

·Collaborate with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies, etc.) to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities

·Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and its impact to Lam Operations

·Ability to understand business functionality and translate into business use cases

·Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:

·Requirements (Validation and Alignment)

·Design (Blueprint and Spec)

·Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)

·Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)

·Training/Documentation

·Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)

·Run (Post mortem, Hypercare)

·Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

·Demonstrated cross functional team leadership experience

·Must be able to demonstrate the skills and ability to build effective and productive relationships within and outside the immediate team
