·         8+ years progressive experience in business analysis and systems analysis
·         2+ years of experience at a Lead level – should perform at a leadership level in regards to taking ownership of projects, etc
·         Previous experience with AWS cloud migration, webservices, containerization, security, etc
·         Previous experience with MongoDB – they will be rolling over data from multiple databases
·         Strong skills in data and working with larger datasets
·         Previously have worked in Scaled Agile SAFe environment
·         Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a significant contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions
·         Proven understanding of business analysis 
·         High-level of knowledge and understanding of business products and services
·         Microsoft Office applications usage
·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·         Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
·         Education Level: Bachelor's Degree required
·         Education Details: Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
