Task 1: Professional Services
- Provide analytical support and serve as a subject matter expert for multi-year
project budgets.
- Create various types of reports, maintain records for system documentation, and
provide functional support for large-scale projects.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft applications; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- Documenting requirements for ITS business processes and applications.
- May require research and analysis of software products for business communication purposes.
- Support contract management and compliance
Task 2: Project Management - As needed at the discretion of the ITS Program / Project
Manager. Scope may include but is not limited to the following:
- Planning, Project Schedule Creation, Quality, Scope & Change Management
- Risk Management: Responsible for documenting risk management and contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement Management: Plan communication strategy to internal and external ensure stakeholders are informed
- Monitor and report on project status and report on project constraints.
- Assist with workflow processes and needed
Acceptable Written Verification Documentation Includes:
- References from clients where technical services were performed
- Contracts with similar services that clearly outline the required documentation below.
- Documentation must confirm the following details: (a) project scope, (b) project cost, (c) project start and end dates, and (d) client name and contact information.
