• Strong knowledge of Guidewire suite (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) and Guidewire Studio.
• Experience with Guidewire Gosu programming language for business logic development.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, and web services (RESTful, SOAP).
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud (if applicable).

• Experience with full-stack development, including front-end (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and back-end (Java, databases).
• Familiarity with Guidewire Data Modeling and UI Customization.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire development or relevant insurance technology platforms.
• Familiarity with insurance industry concepts like policy administration, claims management, and billing processes is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
