CareFirst is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support cloud related activities in 2025. The resource will be responsible for working with Product Owners in translating the vision, reporting, and creating user stories for cloud migrations and new database migrations in a SAFe environment. The initial project will be a Mainframe to MongoDB migration. Most of the projects revolve around the digital products regarding Membership, such as portals and mobile applications. This person is not expected to lead people or have direct reports but will be expected to be independent requiring little to no handholding. • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a bachelor’s degree. (Preference for 8+ years of experience)
• Experience supporting AWS cloud migrations projects and understanding of Webservice architecture.
• Experience supporting on-prem database migrations (Preferably migrating to MongoDB.)
• Experience working within an Agile environment • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a Java-based environment
• Experience supporting a project related to database migration to MongoDB.
• SAFe and/or Agile related certifications
• Certified Product Owner or Certified Product Manager certifications
