- 10+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation, with hands-on expertise in S/4 HANA migration and support programs.
- Strong background in the Utilities industry, preferably Electrical utilities. is preferred
- SAP Fiori functional knowledge is a must, with a strong understanding of how Fiori apps integrate with SAP Plant Maintenance and enhance user experience.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP E-Permit , Management of Change (MOC) and Asset Management functionalities.
- Extensive experience with Master Data Management (e.g., Functional Locations, Equipment, Work Centers, Task Lists, etc.), along with Notification Management and Maintenance Orders.
- Proven track record in Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Calibration Maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales, Device Management, and integration with third-party systems like ServiceNow and GIS.
At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experience, including:
- Requirements gathering, business process design, SAP configuration, and RICEFW functional design.
- Systems testing, integration testing, cutover activities, and go-live support.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with offshore teams, ensuring smooth project coordination across time zones.
- Flexibility in work hours to support remote work and collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping work hours.
