Design, develop, and implement integrations between Workday and other systems, leveraging Workday's tools like EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core/Cloud Connector, and Workday Studio.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of Workday with existing systems.
Assist in data migration and the transition process from the current Peoplesoft ERP system to Workday, ensuring smooth workflows and minimized disruption.
Participate in the configuration and testing of Workday integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the integration process.
Work with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of Workday integrations post-implementation.
Document integration solutions and workflows to ensure clarity for both current and future team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Workday, specifically in integrations.
Strong experience with Prism and developing integrations using Workday tools (EIB, Core/Cloud Connector, and Workday Studio).
Experience in ERP system implementation, especially moving from legacy systems (such as Peoplesoft) to Workday.
Extend knowledge is a plus but not required.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex integration challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience with Peoplesoft ERP systems.
Ability to contribute to the training and development of internal teams on Workday integrations.
