Configuration experience with MDG Finance/BP/Custom data objects.
Understanding and familiarity with MDG application framework and various governance API's.
Hands on with MDG configurations and customizations in areas like data modeling, process modeling, key mapping, duplicate checks, workflows, validations, replication and MDG error handling.
Act as a MDG Techno/Functional SME for the MDG COE team in their day to day operations. Oversee and support the development of the solution, Validate the functionality as per business needs, support UAT testing and User trainings.
Working along with IT support squad to help assess issues, change requests etc. and providing appropriate resolution.
Assess repetitive incident trends, identify root cause and work with MDG support squad to find the permanent fix.
