Education: A diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
- Lead the technical development of ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other modules.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, security, and platform performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, workflows, and test cases.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues in a timely manner.
- Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
