- 15+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations in ECC, and extensive hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO.
- Expert in SAP Finance sub-modules: AP, AR, GL, AA, Treasury, Group Reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of integrations and interfaces, including BW, BPC, and third-party systems (MM, SD, Ariba).
- Expertise in public cloud implementations and SAP’s MT940-based statements and reconciliation.
- Proven experience with Ariba BOTS, Fiori P2P apps, and SAP tax configurations for India and other countries.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS setup and reporting requirements.
- Ability to work in multiunit scenarios (multiple company codes, plants, etc.) with over 100 units.
- Hands-on experience with RICEFW developments, user exits, BAPI, LSMW, BDC, LTMC, and cutover strategies.
- Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and its integration with other systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and articulate solutions to clients.
- Familiarity with debugging and resolving issues while maintaining architectural integrity.
