Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Proficient in Salesforce REST API, SOAP API, and Integration patterns.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Customization (objects, flows, process builder, validation rules), and Declarative Development.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and version control systems such as Git.
