- Provide top-tier documentation and support for Energy Delivery Operations.
Content Development & Editing:
- Develop and update procedure documents, ensuring consistency, readability, and accuracy.
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and format.
- Organize moderate to complex technical topics into cohesive documents.
- Collaboration & Standards Adherence:
- Work closely with other departments to review and refine procedures.
- Establish guidelines for procedure revisions, standards, and documentation practices.
- Maintain professionalism and promote adherence to corporate policies and ethical standards.
- Project Ownership & Communication:
- Manage tasks independently, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with team members and SMEs to facilitate collaboration.
- Address and resolve project concerns in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
- 4-5 years of technical writing experience, including business process mapping.
- Strong ability to work with and interview SMEs.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or a related technology degree with a focus on technical communication.

- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
Preferred Skills:
